CPT
As a fitness coach for the past four years, I’ve helped clients pursue their performance goals—whether that means hitting a new personal best or staying strong enough to enjoy the activities they love. In my previous role in Philadelphia, I coached at a private Physical Therapy clinic, where I gained experience supporting a wide range of cases and helping individuals continue to train while managing pain and injury.
After experiencing my first orthopedic injury, I understood firsthand how important connection, support, and resilience are. For me, training is about building the strength to say “yes”—yes to a hike with friends, yes to travel, yes to the things that make life meaningful. My mission is to help you prepare your body for the demands of your favorite activities so you can keep saying “yes” too.
Movement has always been at the center of my life. I spent 14 years as a dancer, with ballet as my foundation, before discovering yoga and strength training in college. From there, I fell in love with barbell training—spending four years powerlifting and competing locally before diving into Olympic lifting in 2024, where I’ve been hooked ever since.
Originally from New York, I spent the past four years in Philadelphia before moving to Phoenix in June 2025. When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll find me working on home projects, exploring new corners of the desert Southwest, and (hopefully soon) becoming a dog mom.
